Tina Mainer Biography

   I am a full-time, dedicated and committed Realtor who loves my job! I have been a resident of the beautiful Hampton Roads area for over 30 years and love calling Virginia my home. I have a wonderful husband and two awesome children. 
   I hold membership in the Hampton Roads REALTORS Association, Virginia Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
   My second home is at Exit Realty Specialist. With a centrally located office and a large sales associate base, it ensures high visibility in the broker and home buyer communities. The key to success at Exit Realty Specialist is the knowledge that people come first. Helping people make the largest financial decision of their lives and taking our responsibility seriously.
With a degree in Education I feel the best foundation in any relationship is communication. With that in mind I will educate my clients with information on the market, area and home. As a military brat I am very familiar with the military relocating in and out of the area. I enjoy working with my clients and following through with my commitment to work diligently to fulfill their goals. About 80% of my business comes from past clients and referrals. I offer a warm personality and personal commitment in making their real estate transaction a pleasurable experience.

Accidentally stumbling across Tina through our own venture of looking for a home turned in a blessing that we could not have trekked alone without her. Without her tireless dedication to our wants, wishes, hopes, and dreams we would still be stranded and essentially homeless.
